Custom orders are non-refundable. If a product is damaged or broken it may be replaced but not refunded.Â
Any mistakes made on names or dates by the customer are also not something I can control. I cut and paste what you type in for personalization. The only thing I may edit is the capitalization and changing written out months to numbers if there isn't room on the ornament for the information.
However, if I make a mistake with the personalization, I will replace the item at my expense.
Please understand that once your item is mailed it is out of my hands. Any issues after mailing your item are the fault of the post office. I will do whatever I can to help but if the post office loses your item, it's not something I caused or can control. If your item is marked as delivered I will not replace it for free, You will need to speak to the post office to find out where they left your order.
